The Miss Florida Latina Organization promotes the empowerment of Latinas and the Latino community by developing and nurturing the leadership, intellectual, and cultural potential of young females of Latino or Iberian ancestry so that they may contribute their skills and dedication to the fullest development of the Latino community in Florida State and everywhere.

Cancer Organization Support
A majority of America has been affected by cancer
and it may have been you, a friend, a family member, a neighbor, or a coworker.
No matter who it was- we all hate this disease. We have seen cancer effect over 10 million Americans every year.
Certain types of cancer can be prevented and physical activity and a healthy lifestyle can reduce your risk factors for the disease. Survivors include all the people listed above. Cancer can affect anybody at any time, but we can always learn more to reduce our risk and manage the aftermath effectively with family and community support.
Statistics like these have prompted the Miss Florida Latina Pageant
to join forces with nationally cancer organizations
to fight the spread of various types of cancers in American women and men today.
Miss Florida Latina and Miss Teen Florida Latina during their reign participate in events like cancer walks, seminars and more in other to help raise millions of dollars for research.
