Practice the different areas of the seminars every week. You can go over your bathing suit or evening gown walk, go to the gym, or even record yourself reading motivational books or your Seminar notes. Block your calendar ahead of time. Really shoot to fill in those empty spots. If you're working full time, you've go to know when you're available for those open dates when you can work on your skills. You will feel good when you've made a huge difference in your life. Many people will use the excuse, I can't do it. I can't do it because of other obligations. No one has had a fuller plate than our staff members, yet they have been able to do it. We believe in you! Q: What prizes do the winners receive? A: Each Titleholder is awarded prizes from the event's official sponsors, including an all expense paid trip to a National Competition.
